A Spanish heart,
an open mind.
Casa 26 sits on Avenida Miguel Cano in the centre of Marbella — a room built for lingering. The kitchen starts where Spain does: jamón ibérico, tortilla, padrón peppers, paella over saffron Bomba rice.
From there it travels the Mediterranean and beyond — ceviche and tataki, a proper Galician steak tartare, octopus a la gallega — without ever losing the plot. Familiar enough to feel like home, curious enough to be worth the trip.
